Family Fun Community Event in Shoreline, Sept 2024
On September 29th, Greystones was alive with joy and community spirit as ‘It Takes A Village’ celebrated the first anniversary of its wellbeing initiative with a fantastic family event. Families from Greystones, Delgany, and beyond came together for an afternoon filled with magic shows, an exciting reptile display, energetic flash mob dancing, and captivating juggling acts. Children laughed and played alongside beloved mascots, all while enjoying the supportive atmosphere that this initiative fosters. It was a day to celebrate the positive impact of our youth and the incredible sense of community we’ve built together!

Friendships & Connections
In October we enjoyed an intimate evening discussing forming friendships and building meaningful connections at St. Brigid's.
Digital Literacy
To round out our 2023 workshops, we were joined by Jane McGarrigle of WebWise to talk about the digital world and how to navigate suppoting our children when it comes to its use. A key part of the evening - aside from the festive refreshments! - were two local secondary school students, who gave an insightful look at how teens view social media and its impacts on their lives, positive and negative.
